Changes in Board of Directors and Executive Officers
NTT EAST, Inc. (headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo, CEO: Naoki Shibutani) announced today that at the Board of Directors meeting held May 7, 2026, the following changes in board of directors and executive officers were resolved. These changes will be approved officially at the shareholders' meeting and the board of directors meeting scheduled to be held on June 12, 2026.
