Pursuant to Rules for Category I Designated Telecommunications Facilities Interconnection Accounting, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation (NTT-East) has today submitted the Interconnection Accounting Report FY 2016 to the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications.
