Telegrams
You can send a telegram to anywhere in Japan by calling 115.
- You may be connected to a service other than NTT East's 115 Telegrams depending on the line you are using. In such cases,please state that you wish to use NTT East Telegrams.
Service hours
From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (365 days a year).
You can also order telegrams by dialing 115 via a mobile phone (NTT DOCOMO or au [KDDI/Okinawa Cellular])or car phone.
- When ordering six or more telegrams per month by mobile phone or car phone, orders for the sixth and subsequent telegrams will only be accepted when paid by credit card.
Fixed message urgent telegrams and marine radiograms can also be ordered outside regular service hours (between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) by calling 0120-000-115 (toll free, in Japanese only).

Telegram charges can be billed along with your monthly telephone charges or can be paid by credit card.- You must register in advance to have these charges billed along with your monthly telephone charges.

Delivery Times
- Orders between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. are delivered on the same day.
- Orders after 7 p.m. are delivered after 8 a.m. on the following day.
- Specified delivery telegrams are delivered on the same day.
- For fixed message urgent telegrams, there is an additional charge of ¥2,100 for evening and early morning deliveries (7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.).

- If the order is received at least three days in advance, a ¥157.5 discount will be given for each telegram. (Congratulatory and consolatory telegrams only.)
- Charges are different for radiograms and fixed message urgent telegrams. Please ask the operators for further information.
- Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays are very busy. Please place your orders as soon as possible.
