How to Use

QThe following prompt was played: "The service cannot be used with telephone numbers from outside the disaster-stricken area. Please use with the telephone number of a person from the disaster-stricken area." Why am I unable to record a message?: AIf a telephone number from outside the disaster-stricken area was entered during the message recording, an inquiry prompt is played. Call 171 again and enter the correct telephone number to enable message recording. The same issue will occur if a practice is being organized by a local authority and a telephone number from outside the practice area is entered.
