Using Your Own Terminal Equipment

Please notify an NTT East service counter if you have any rented equipment from NTT East that you no longer intend to use. NTT East will stop billing the rental charge from the day of notification. Please call 0120-116-000 (toll free) for more information.

  • Note that some telephone sets may become inoperative in circumstances such as power outages or lightning strikes.


Recently, some of our customers have been visited by people posing as NTT East employees, and have been pressured into purchasing telephone sets under false pretenses. Please remember that NTT East employees always carry their employee IDs, and those who work for companies contracted with NTT East always carry their credentials.
