Paying Your Telephone Bill

Credit Card Payments

You can use your credit card to pay your telephone charges. If you apply in advance to NTT East to make credit card payments, your monthly telephone bills will be automatically paid with your credit card.

Service overview

  • What charges are covered?
    NTT East monthly telephone charges.
    • Basic monthly charges for analog lines, B FLET'S, and Hikari Denwa, dialing/data communications charges, charges collection fees, etc.
  • Accepted credit cards
    Credit cards that bear the NTT Group Card, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, or Diners Club logos.
  • Billing statements
    Please check the total billing amount on your credit card statements. A detailed breakdown can be viewed at the @Billing website. (NTT East does not send any bills, receipts, or bank transfer notices.)

Applications and inquiries

To begin making payments by credit card, it is necessary to apply using the application form designated by NTT East or via the Internet. To request the form or if you have any questions, call NTT East or access the NTT East website.

    The billing inquires telephone number written on your telephone bill (toll free, in Japanese only)
    9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
    • Closed New Year's Holidays (Dec. 29 to Jan. 3)
