Discontinuation of IC Card Public Telephone Services and Exchanging of IC Telephone Cards

IC card public telephones were discontinued at the end of March 2006.

Any IC telephone cards you now have will be exchanged for magnetic telephone cards having call units equivalent to the call units remaining on the IC telephone card(s), regardless of whether they are unused or in-use cards. Please apply for card exchange at your earliest convenience.

The Telephone Card Exchange Center will handle the exchange of IC telephone cards. Customers who have IC telephone cards and wish to receive equivalent call units are requested to apply for card exchange.

Magnetic telephone cards can continue to be used as before.
