Monthly Billing
Monthly telephone bills are composed of basic monthly charges (line service charges, internal wiring usage charges, terminal equipment usage charges, optional service charges, universal service charges, etc.) and dialing charges, etc.

- Subscribers are charged universal service charges of ¥3.3/month (excl. tax) for each telephone number (as of January 2021).
- The amount which appears on the NTT East bill consists of charges for telephone services, telegram services, telephone directory advertising, NTT East products etc. The following may also be included in the amount: lease payments, installment payments, etc.
