If there is something wrong with your telephone, first try checking the telephone set. Is the cord pulled out of the telephone outlet? If your problem is still not solved, please call 0120-289-113. Trouble-shooting telephone specialists will help locate the problem and dispatch a repair person if necessary.

  • If there is something wrong with your telephone set and it is not an NTT East product, please contact the manufacturer or store of purchase.
  • If you cannot use your telephone, please use a public telephone etc. to request repairs.
