International Calls
International Telephone Service
After subscribing for a new telephone or acquiring subscription rights, you will also be able to make international calls.
Subscribers who do not require international telephone service can cancel by calling the International Telephone Service Suspension Center at 0120-210-364 (toll free).
- If you relocate after you have canceled your international telephone service and your number changes, please contact the Suspension Center to continue suspension of international telephone service.

- International calls from public telephones can only be made using gray public telephones or green public telephones with gold front panels designated as "International & Domestic Card/Coin Telephone" (some restrictions may apply).
Dialing Procedure for International Calls
Just dial the international carrier access number plus 010, the country code and telephone number.
For example:To call New York
- The international carrier for this example is NTT Communications Corporation.
- You do not need to dial the international carrier access number if you have registered for MYLINE or MYLINE PLUS.
