1. Service Menu
The same service types will be available as in the existing FLET'S Office service.
2. Access Areas
Connection to the above service from FLET'S access service can be made from the areas below.

3. Rate Plan
The monthly charges for FLET'SOffice Wide services are summarized below.

Depending on how the service is used, separate charges may be necessary for the data circuit-terminating equipment, etc. |

Central office termination means the use of terminal equipment housed on the premises of NTT East. |
| (*3) |
In the case of "economy class," faults are not monitored on a per-line basis. |
| (*4) |
"Extra class" is not available. |
| (*5) |
When terminal equipment on the NTT East premises is used, a separate housing contract is required. |

Separate charges are necessary for service installation. |
