Revisions to Applications for Approval of DSL Service Charges and Notifications Pertaining to FLET'S ADSL Service Charges |
On November 14, NTT East and NTT West submitted applications to the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications to obtain formal approval of proposed access charges for their new DSL service. Today, however, the Telecommunications Council delivered a report to the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications with the recommendation that their proposed DSL access service charges be revised.
Acting on that recommendation, NTT East and West today submitted revised applications to the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications.
In conjunction with the revisions to their proposed DSL access service charges, NTT East and West also revised details of their notifications concerning the proposed FLET'SADSL service charges they submitted to the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications on December 12. The planned date for service inception (December 26, 2000), however, has not been changed. |
