B FLET'S, FLET'SADSL Corporate Service Options


NTT East Corporation now offers a full line of Internet access services with a variety of connection options including FLET'SISDN, ADSL, and optical fiber.

The trend in recent years in the corporate sector has been towards expanding corporate network functions, lowering costs, and increasing access speeds, and more companies are using the B FLET'S and FLET'SADSL services every day.

To meet the needs of these businesses, NTT East is introducing B FLET'S and FLET'S ADSL services with 24-hour, 365-day service support and high-traffic allotments. A rate schedule for these services was filed today with the Minister of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications.


1. Application Details

2. B FLET'S Advanced Support and FLET'SADSL Advanced Support

(1) Description

A 24-hour support service for B FLET'S Business Type, Basic Type, and the FLET'SADSL family consisting of MORE II, MORE, 8M Type, and 1.5M Type (ADSL only service).

In addition to the 24-hour, 365-day trouble report desk, NTT will perform repairs 24 hours, 365 days a year for the line between the customer's rented equipment (optical network unit or ADSL modem, etc.) and the central office.*
* Under current service agreements, repairs are performed only during business hours (between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding weekends, national holidays, and from December 29 to January 3).

1. The above fees do not include premises wiring charges or Internet service provider (ISP) fees.
2. This is an additional maintenance fee for rented equipment (optical network unit, IP telephone-compatible router with built-in ADSL modem, or IP telephone-compatible router or adapter) and applies to each line individually.
* The special rate plan for schools is not available for this service.

3. The above fees do not include premises wiring charges or ISP fees. ADSL premises wiring rental charges (60 yen/month) are also separate.
4. Customers registered with NTT East's MYLINE PLUS select carrier service for both local calls and intra-prefecture calls will receive a 10% discount on the FLET'SADSL Advanced Support monthly fee on lines registered to the same name.
Charges for this service will appear on bills for customers with subscriber lines or ISDN lines.
When receiving the MYLINE PLUS set discount, contact 116 to request combined billing.
The MYLINE PLUS set discount period will vary depending on when the line was registered for MYLINE PLUS and on the billing period.
5. This is an additional maintenance fee for rented equipment (ADSL modem, IP telephone-compatible router with built-in ADSL modem, or IP telephone-compatible router or adapter) and applies to each line individually.
* The special rate plan for schools is not available for this service. The Three-Month Free Campaign discount for MORE II and the Two-Month Free ADSL Campaign on MORE, 8M Type and 1.5M Type do not apply.

6. The current half-price Installation discount for B FLET'S can be applied to the B FLET'S Advanced Support Service. The discount applies only to the weekday installation fee. The discount fee for weekend or holiday installation is 17,460 yen.
7. If a link was not established after installation as notified by the customer within 20 days of the start of service and verified by NTT East, the installation fees will be cancelled.

There are no installation fees when switching from one service to another (B FLET'S Business Type or Basic Type and FLET'SADSL MORE II, MORE, 8M Type,or 1.5M Type) with the same Advanced Support option.

3. FLET'SADSL for Businesses

(1) Service Description

In addition to the original FLET'SADSL services, there is now a service for businesses with high traffic volumes.

With a download rate of 24 Mbps and an upload rate of 1 Mbps (same as the FLET'SADSL MORE II service with ADSL only), this "best-effort" service can accommodate 25 terminals per line as opposed to the 5 terminals of the original FLET'SADSL service.

This service also allows up to 4 simultaneous sessions.

Just like FLET'SADSL Advanced Support, the line from the customer's rental equipment (ADSL modem or IP-telephone compatible equipment) to the NTT central office is covered by our 24-hour, 365-day repair service.
