If there is something wrong with your telephone, first try checking the telephone set. Is the cord pulled out of the telephone outlet? If your problem is still not solved, please call 113 (Repair Service). Trouble-shooting telephone specialists at 113 will help locate the problem and dispatch a repair person if necessary.


After-Hours Repair Service
At night, your call may be answered by a computerized answering system. After the beep, please explain the problem and leave your name and daytime telephone number. NTT East will try contacting you the following day. In case of an emergency, please follow the Japanese prompts to be connected with a repair operator.
•  If there is something wrong with your telephone set and it is not an NTT East product, please contact the manufacturer or store of purchase.
•  If you cannot use your telephone, please use a public telephone etc. to request repairs.
