Steel Tower Information Japanese

For the purpose of facilitating the utilization of NTT-East-owned telecommunications facilities by other telecommunications carriers, this information describes the communications buildings with steel towers that have space available for use by other telecommunications carriers. The usage (on a fee basis) of these steel towers is limited to the installation of communications antennas for Type I telecommunications carriers.
