How to Use

QWhy is it not possible to use the service from PBX telephones?
AWhen a call is connected to 171 from a PBX telephone, sometimes it is not possible to record or play back messages. However, sometimes the service can be used simply by changing the PBX settings. Please contact the PBX manufacturer.
