FLET'S VPN GATE

Service Content

FLET'S VPN GATE is a VPN service that delivers center-to-end communication between subscribers to FLET'S Access Services such as FLET'S HIKARI NEXT and B FLET'S, by connecting customer networks, servers or other devices with the FLET'S VPN GATE subscriber line.

  No connections can be made from FLET'S HIKARI LIGHT, FLET'S HIKARI NEXT Business Type, B FLET'S, FLET'S ADSL or FLET'S ISDN.

  No connections can be made from FLET'S HIKARI LIGHT, B FLET'S, FLET'S ADSL or FLET'S ISDN.
  The FLET'S Access Services that can be used with 2Gbps or faster are FLET'S HIKARI NEXT (Family High-speed Type, Family Type, Mansion High-speed Type, Mansion Type or Business Type) for each 1Gbps, or can be selected from FLET'S Access Service other than FLET'S HIKARI NEXT (Family High-speed Type, Family Type, Mansion High-speed Type, Mansion Type or Business Type) by the customer.
• *5:Select from 100Mbps to 1Gbps in 100Mbps intervals.
• *6:Only 1Gbps service available.
• *7:Select from 200Mbps to 1Gbps in 100Mbps intervals.
• *8:Select from 1Gbps to 10Gbps in 1Gbps intervals.

	Support Option	The FLET'S VPN GATE Support Option is a toll-free number with skilled technicians standing by 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to inquiries or recovery following a FLET'S VPN malfunction. This optional service can also be set to notify customers by email of any maintenance or malfunctions to the NGN/FLET'S Network, or any work being conducted on the access line. 	User Authentication Proxy function *2	A proxy service for user authentication required for connections between FLET'S VPN GATE subscribers and end user customers, provided by NTT EAST. For details click here.

• *2:The User Authentication Proxy function is only available with the 10M Menu and 100M Menu. An authentication server must be provided by the customer if the User Authentication Proxy function is not intended to be used.
• *3:Best effort type service, which does not assure communication speed, quality or constant connectivity. The service may be interrupted due to maintenance of equipment or other devices, or upgrade work.
• *4:If FLET'S Number or other services are used as authentication conditions on the customer authentication server or User Authentication Proxy function end, an application for the FLET'S Number Notification function must be made on the FLET'S Access Services end (no monthly usage charge required).
• *5:If FLET'S Number or other services are used as authentication conditions on the customer authentication server or User Authentication Proxy function end, no connection will be made if "Hide No." is set.
